One of my favorite new sources for ideas is Daniel Pink’s Pinkcasts. If you want to find find out more about these short little shots of wisdom, please check out http://www.danpink.com/.
In this installment, he speaks with Adam Grant, the Wharton professor and author of the new book “Originals” (which I am tearing through right now). Adam offers a great piece of advice, if we want to test our new ideas, we need to find the “disagreeable givers” in our network. These are people likely to be skeptical, but want us to succeed. They will challenge and refine our ideas and as commented in the video, once you convince them, they will become raving fans.
all the best, kevin
