In honor of #NationStressAwarenessDay earlier this week, this video has been in my queue to watch fro some time.

We have a choice in how we perceive many things, opportunities, challenges, and stress. Kelly McGonigal shares in this TED Talk, that how we react to stress can actually make us stronger. And even more amazing, is that when we choose to connect with others during times of stress we can actually build our resilience.
