Friday Unwind – Practice, Practice, Practice

Practice is the repetition of an action with the goal of improvement.

How to maximize our practice time:

  • Focus on the task at hand (yup, put your phone away….or at least turn off Facebook)
  • Start out slowly (or in slow motion) – coordination is built with quality repetitions
  • Frequent repetitions with allotted breaks
  • Practice in your brain in vivid detail – Visualization is key!
