Friday Unwind – Meditation: Where Failure is Success

Failure is success. Finally, something that helps you get better by not being perfect. As this short video  state, that is exactly the point of mindfulness and meditation. To allow thoughts to enter our mind, distract us, and then intentionally let them go and come back to your breath.

Super easy and definitely worth a try.
