Good morning everyone. Staying with this month’s “theme” aimed at help you stick with your new year’s changes/ resolutions, here is a quick video on the idea of microresolutions. Based on the idea that most new year’s resolutions are so big that they can never be maintained, microresolutions are the small changes that help us build momentum to achieve bigger changes.
If you can stick with your new year’s changes this long you are very close to starting to build them into habits. Keep going!
