Earlier this week, I blogged about a great book I had read over the holidays called “The Power of Habit” by Charles Duhigg. (http://www.5for5blog.com/5-for-5-blog-making-new-changes-stick-part-3-building-habits/).
In this week’s Friday Unwind video, the author teases the book, but very succinctly summarizes how you can change your habits, by describing how he changed one of his. While the idea of the habit loop may seem too simple to be true, I have been using it to get back into a more regular exercise routine…so trust me this works.
