And so it goes as we rush through days. But it doesn’t have to be this way. In this video from Big Think, author, Charles Duhigg tells us that building a mental model of what our days should look like, allows our unconscious mind to filter out unwanted distractions.
Too often I am rushing headlong into my days from the time I wake up until the time I finally fall asleep. This method of envisioning the day to enhance my focus once I am in it will definitely be worth a try.
