Friday Unwind – Coffee + naps : )

Sadly I can vouch for this. But done in the right way during the day (and not using it as a way to work until 2AM), this can be a very good afternoon boost.

Just remember, it is a nap (20 minutes or less)…..if you sleep too long as this video shows, you will be groggy.
