5 for 5 blog – Turning One Year Old

20 Jul

1 year old

Good morning.

It seems hard to believe, but this weekend the 5 for 5 blog turns one year old. I am so grateful for many of you who subscribe to the newsletter, share on social media, and like my posts on Linked In.

As I mention on the site, the first person I write for is me. I need to read and act on all of these ideas as much as anyone else. My goal and hope in writing the blog and sharing the mid week motivation posts and the Friday Unwind is the plant the seeds of new ideas with, for, and in you. Sowing seeds is one of the most important roles any leader can have. It doesn’t mean that somehow the leader has “arrived”, but rather it is about willing to be vulnerable enough to share something that made an impact on them that could benefit others.

So thank you very much. It means the world to me that people would take time out of their day to read the posts, comment, and even share. I hope I can make a difference, sow seeds, and change vectors by keeping up with this little blog site.

I am going to take a little of my own advice and take a couple of weeks off from posting to gather some new ideas and material. Until then, thank you.
